Tony Foreman: Wine Consultant
Tony Foreman is our esteemed wine guru, consulting on his favorite vintners and vintages. Best known throughout Baltimore as a successful restauraunteur, he is co-owner (with his wife, Chef Cindy Wolf) of PAZO, Chef Cindy Wolf: Charleston and Petit Louis Bistro. Prior to these ventures, Tony and Cindy partnered in conceptualizing and successfully operating Savannah in Fell's Point.
Before Savannah, Tony worked as a "trouble-shooting" general manager for a number of Capital Restaurants properties. He helped pioneer Georgia Brown's in Washington, D.C. and revitalized the very classic River Club supper club. Among his many achievements is the execution of Resto des Amis, the restaurant of Jean Louis Palladin and Guenter Seeger in Atlanta.
Other past managerial experience includes General Manager of D.C.'s Restaurant 701 and Service Manager/Sommelier of The Occidental. Tony earned a degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Widener University in Pennsylvania and holds a Sommelier Certification from the school in Colmer.
Tony has hand selected many of Bin 604's wines. Acquiring many wines directly from vintners, Tony works hard at obtaining rare, almost un-gettable bottles. An epicure with a genuine passion for taking care of his guests, Tony is delighted to assist us in choosing the perfect bottle.
