We're moving far away from the continental climates of the arid interior lands to tour the regions of Pais Vasco (Basque Country) and head due west through Cantabria, Asturias and on into Galicia, tucked high into the northwest corner above Portugal. Here we'll discover light and refreshing white and the rare light, minerally red: All built for seafood.
